1. PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

Provide overall the support and co-ordination of the procurement & logistics and other related functions.
Ensure the procurement process which fully integrated with the business and the supply market place in a cost effective manner whilst fully comply with relevant PMI & VPM Branch P&P.
Cordinate with VPM to ensure a logistic system which fully integrated with production activities in an effective, efficient manner whilst fully comply with custom regulation and VPM Branch requirements.

Besides his background in Multinational Groups, Mr. Vincent Goalard has also acquired management experience of selected local privately owned companies, granting him a unique insider view on the local business practices and the hurdles faced on corporate governance in modern Vietnam. Vincent is currently Vice-President of the French Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (CCIFV) having created a very active CCIFV Healthcare subcommittee in 2005-2008. CCIFV is a member of Eurocham Vietnam, represents 260+ members in Viet Nam with a cumulated yearly turnover superior to 5bio USD and employing more than 65.000 people. Vincent is Ambassador in Vietnam for KEDGE, one of the leading business school in France.
