This 3 hour session will explore how Supply Chains operate for products that we touch and use everyday and typically are sold in the supermarkets. The course will explore on how Up-Stream and Down-Stream Supply Chains are organised and what particular problems and challenges exist from the Manufacturer Stand-point. This hand-on approach is particularly suitable for participants that would like to understand the overall complexity of a supply chain and how the different levels and players interact and what trade-offs normally need to considered and how it can be optimized. As this session is highly interactive and has a strong focus on FMCG Sector, Retail and related Supply Chain Partners.
