The Project Manager (PMO) is a highly visible role that is responsible for driving the transformation activities for Singapore Replenishment Center (SRC) and 3rd party service providers’ warehouses migration from current location to a new location. This leader will lead cross-functional internal and external resources and has overall accountability of the execution and performance of projects and transformation initiatives.


Manage DC daily operation activities at warehouse facility. To ensure strict execution of the SOP and meet KPIs.

Phong Phu now has more than 100 modern sewing lines with total capacity of 20 millions of products/year for export and domestic market. Beginning from 3 exporting garment factories venture with Guston Molinel Group (France) since 1991, Phong Phu has  renovated the garment system through the construction of new Jeans factory for export with modern assembly lines that use our denim fabrics. In addition, Phong Phu has associated with a number of partners and clients in developing the garment.
