Florian is working as Supply Chain manager in Neovia Vietnam since October 2015. Neovia who has recently received the trophee of business excellence 2018 from French Chamber of Commerce. Fresh young graduate engineer, he started first in England as consultant for Airbus company for a year and then decided to join NEOVIA and moved to Vietnam as a VIE in November 2013. First project was to build a port dedicated to one of Neovia factory in Dong Thap province in order to improve logistic costs. Then he has been officially hired to create and develop Supply Chain department for Neovia Vietnam, managing today over 30 people gathered around 3 main activities: Logistics, Customer Service and Planning.

 

 

 

 

Lan Nguyen Duc Quynh, VP Operations, Lazada Express Vietnam

 

Lan has 18+ Years in Operations in Ecommerce Logistics, Conventional Logistics including Retail, FMCG, Technology, Industrial products and 3PL and  6+ in End to End Supply Chain Management in Demand & Supply Planning, Manufacturing Capacity Planning,   Procurement, Shipping, Quality, Inventory Management, Warehouse & Distribution.   
Prior to the VP Operations role at Lazada Express, she has worked at DHL Supply Chain,DHL Express, Hafele, Cargill. She is BA, MBA, DBA in progress, and also contributed her insights to International Journal Published at Harvard International Journal of Arts and Science.

 

 

 

 

Lien Pham, Head of Procurement, Coca Cola Vietnam

 

Lien Pham is working at Coca Cola Vietnam as Logistics Procurement Manager. She was leading the national 3rd party Tolling manufactures projects, also the national Logistics Optimization & saving cost supply chain activities. Prior to Coca Cola, she had few years working in Shell Vietnam. Her works involved in developing commercial sourcing strategies as well as managing local operational agreements, building up the most cost effective process, etc.

She has also had 3 years at P&G Vietnam and 4 years at IKEA Hongkong.

 

 

 

 

 

Dr. Eckart Dutz, General Director, Pacific Partners

 

Eckart is General Director of Pacific Partners (VN), Ltd., a Sourcing Company specialized in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (Food and Nonfood). That includes export activities to Markets in the Pacific Islands as well as the import of Nonfood products (Sole agent for UBL China) to Vietnam. Most recently he has opened a Restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City (www.theloop.vn) . He came to Vietnam in 1995 and has worked from 1996 - 2004 for Unilever in Vietnam, Thailand, Netherlands, Germany in various Supply Chain positions. Most recently as Regional Supply Chain Manager for Ice Cream for South East Asia. Eckart received a PhD in Supply Chain Management from Mannheim University (Germany) and a Diploma in Business Administration as well as a Post Graduate Degree (Lic.rer.pol.) in International Economics. He is CoFounder of the Vietnam Supply Chain (www.vietnamsupplychain.com) and previously on the Boards of Advisors of the Vietnam Supply Chain Council as well as an Advisor to the Sourcing & Purchasing Club Vietnam. Furthermore he is Lecturer for the Executive MBA Programs of the RMIT and the Vietnam National University as well as Eastern International University in Binh Duong.

 

 

 

Thao Nguyen, Logistics Manager Vietnam, Decathlon

 

Thao Nguyen is leader of logistics and purchasing department in Decathlon Vietnam (part of Decathlon group - the world biggest sport retailer). Working in multinational enterprises, Thao have been managing the activity with large scale covering different countries, taking decision in key activities like Logistics sourcing, tender negotiation, solution set up and team and budget management. After nearly a decade working in Supply Chain and especially in Logistics management internationally, Thao truly believes that there is an urgent need of developing Vietnamese human resource for this industry, in order to improve the current situation of logistics in Vietnam, participating into better competitiveness of the country. Hence, she has willingness to share widely with the Supply Chain community what she gained regarding mindset, skills and knowledge.

 

 

 

Thi Luong, CEO, ABA Cooltrans

 

Mr. Thi currently holds the position of CEO of ABA Business Solutions Corporation. Prior to founding ABA in 2008, he worked as Commercial manager of Lamberet (Refrigerated Trucks) for 6 years, Commercial manager of Bourbon for 2 years and Retail manager of Big C for 2 years. He attains massive insights and experiences in cold supply chain with expanded knowledge in retails and Vietnam cold chain markets. He is now operating the first asset-based integrated cold chain logistics service with a large scale of owned truck fleet and cold storage across Vietnam.
