Job Description

 

You are responsible for all the business operations of Tan Khoa in Can Tho city. This means you are responsible for developing and managing a business unit that increase sales, profitability and market share as well as customer and employee satisfaction. The Branch Manager is responsible for directing, coordinating and analyzing all sales, branch operations, and personnel development activities. Additionally, the Cantho Branch Manager is general manager, and is expected to:
 
- Manage the P&L of the branch; present and discuss results with the C.O.O and C.E.O. monthly.
- Assess local market conditions, update sales forecasts and inventory needs, identify current and prospective sales opportunities and deliver financial objectives and execute the business plan for the branch.
- Develop and implement sales and profitability plans according to account management principles that ensure development and maintenance of account plans and achievement of targets.
- Direct all operational aspects of the branch, including delivery, customer service, human resources, administration and sales in a manner that supports reaching our profitability goals.
- Provide training, coaching, development and motivation to bring out the best in each team member.
- Orientation of all new employees.
- Evaluation of all direct reports.
- Oversee branch financial management with support from Chief Accountant.
- Communicate effectively with other branches and senior managers by sharing information on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs.
- Manage the branch honestly, following high ethical standards, and complying with all government regulations and company policies.
- Ensure the safekeeping of company assets, including structures, equipment, inventory and cash.
- Evaluate regularly the effectiveness of the branch operation, to see that policies are being observed and that goals are being attained.
- Other duties as assigned.
 
Job Requirements
 
- University degree major in Economic, Commercial, Business Administration.
- Knowledge of Accounting & Financing.
- At least 3 years experience in the same position.
- Leadership ability and strategic vision.
- Ability to analyze, evaluate and process information/situation.
- Good communicate in English.
- Negotiate and persuade skills.
- Good presentation skills.
- Proficient in computer office.
- Decisive, confident and have responsibility.
