Responsibility:
- Develop effective forecast models based on industry trends and demand patterns
- Support management with risk assessments and mitigation activities
- Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy
- Successfully communicate forecast and inventory estimations to management
- Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies
- Conduct monthly forecast maintenance
- Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner
- Lead internal development projects
- Support the development of CEL consultants/analysts through training, coaching and mentoring their career development
- Identify new project opportunities in current engagements and maintain a close relationship with the clients
- Gather knowledge in relevant industries, markets, best practices, trends
Job Requirements
- Currently already located in Vietnam
- 8 or more working experience, at least 4 years of proven experience as Demand Planner in FMCG businesses
- Experience in Supply planning is highly desirable
- Solid understanding of forecast, planning, inventory management practices, procedures and models
- Minimum requirement of Masters level degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business and Economics or Finance
- Proficiency in English is imperative
- Strong systemic thinking and analytical mindset
