JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage all aspects of global purchasing: strategy planning, supplier selection, consolidation, qualification, sourcing, cost reduction and value analysis initiatives
- Control logistics expenses and profit rate for import/export transaction
- Collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders on improvement of logistics planning and initiatives
- Evaluate all forwarders yearly. Manage forwarders to ensure all clearance and delivery jobs meet the target
- Conduct new projects
- Leading tasks: Leading and managing Part's members work. Recruit and train new employees. Keep all members following working process and continously develop process innovation. Assign and maitain proper tasks amongst members. Motivate members and maintain a warm harmony among members. Set up Parts and members' KPIs. Keep performance of each member and whole Part follow company’s KPIs and regulation
- Comply with Company’s anti-corruption and bribery policies
- Other assigned jobs by upper managers
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 years working experience in Logistics & Global Purchasing area. At least 2 years at leader/management position.
- Solid understanding of export/import logistics operations and related customs affairs. Having experiece of EPE (export processing enterprise) import-export experience is preferable.
- Solid understanding of global purchasing operation and practice, Incoterm, international payment term, customs laws & other related policy.
- Strong project management skills as well as demonstrated expertise in problem solving.
- Good logistics planning, project managemet, time management, presentation skills.
- Outstanding skills of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel ...)
- Excellent interpersonal communication, negotiation and organizational skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations quickly.
- Fluent English in all skills
- Expected age: 27 - 37
