JOB SUMMARY: Demand and supply planning, optimizing inventory level based on market forecasts, production schedules and customer requirements.
 

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Daily check customer orders and create Purchase Order (PO) in BPCS system.
- Closely work with Business Unit on demand forecast and non-working inventory (NWI) action plan.
- Plan for Demand and supply, optimize inventory level.
- Basic understanding of the business plan.
- Follow up PO status, shipment and arrival date.
- Create new SKU in the system.
- Periodically review and update the Item Master Database in BPCS.
- Prepare, analyze the month-end data and do reports.
- Lead the monthly NWI and Forecast Meeting with Business Unit
- Lead the monthly Sales & Operating Plan Meeting with Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Manufacturing Teams

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree (major in Industrial Systems Engineering is prefered).
- 2 year experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Familiar with planning systems, preferrably BPCS or SAP.
- Good English Communication skills, esp. in writing
- Ability to work independently under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Good data analysis skill using Excel Office.
- Strong interpersonal, communication skill.
