Since entering the Vietnam market, VivaSante has achieved its objective of becoming a major contributor to the Vietnam wound-healing community. And now, to expand the market in Asia, we need to recruit some positions.
Job Description
* Working with Manufacturers:
- Purchasing Forecast & Orders placing for market need
- Green light shipment & Following up shipment
- Verifying shipping documents: Invoice, CoA, CO …
- Informing change of products: source, manufacturer name, visa, packaging…to avoid any serious problem in the future
* Working with Importer:
- Timely updating change of the importation dossier
- Checking carefully the information of new products: HS code, Import duty, VAT
- Transferring the right shipping documents to importer for customs clearance & - Following up the status of goods clearance
- Informing change of any issue of packaging
* Working with Distributor:
- Updating monthly forecasts & Negotiating monthly purchasing
- Issuing PO for agreed quantities
- Co-coordinating in inform to customers of any change of product: packaging, switch to new format …
- Verifying and pushing payment to seller
* Inventory management:
- Monthly inventory control by SKU as standard inventory level
- Management missing and damage goods
- Transferring goods b/w warehouses in Vietnam to avoid out of stock
- Weekly / Monthly inventory report to Cost Controller
* Working with Regulatory Affair:
- Preparing importation dossier for new products
- Issuing PO for agreed quantities
- Checking carefully the expiry date of documents: ISO, GMP, FSC, licence, Authorized Letter in order to get new documents in advance
* TTM Sales:
- Following up TTM sales monthly/yearly to help Urgo VN achieve target
- Weekly sending monthly TTM sales to Regional office
* Other Issues:
- Updating new procedures, circular from government in terms of import goods: importation dossier, HS code, Import Duty, VAT, VN labels, stickers …
- Working with MKT Dept. in VN label & stickers issuses
Job Requirements
- University degree, experience will be priority
- Logistic background, interested in playing with figures
- Autonomy, relations to other stakeholders
- Analytical & technical skills
- Logical mindset
- Careful & rigorous working approach
- Microsoft Word, Excel: excellent
