JOB DESCRIPTION
. Responsible for communicating with overseas offices/agents for logistics consulting; quotation; building and minimizing cost of logistics jobs;
. Formulate and optimize SOP standard operating procedures and service plans;
. Following of payment of logistics clients;
. Responsible for the daily management of the operation, training of staff;
. Making sure smooth and timely operation of logistics department;
. Good communication and cooperative relations with suppliers, good suppliers maintenance and assessment; good connection with related authorities;
. Perform other tasks arranged by the leadership.
. 3 - 5 year experience of cross-border logistics, sea and air transportation, freight forwarding; cross-border e-Commerce.
. Good command in English.
. Familiar with MS Word and Excel and comfortable using IT applications.
