JOB DESCRIPTION:
+ Identify, evaluate and develop potential vendors for Fashion accessories (in a minor position as well for consumer and lingerie items)
+ Conduct supplier analysis and manage the overall supplier qualification process
+ Managing projects of product and procurement development, implementing key corporate processes, policies and guidelines
+ Responsible for benchmarking and negotiations
+ Execute and coordinate factory audits
+ Track orders and ensure all orders are delivered on time in cooperation with Operations
+ First point contact for local issues for Purchasing, Operation, QM & Sales
+ Support of establishment of a new business unit
REQUIREMENTS:
+ At least 5 years related working experience, preferably in a merchandise / fashion accessory environment or mechanical engineering
+ Excellent people management- and negotiation skill in handling / building internal & external vendor relationships
+ Bachelor (or higher) degree, preferably from Engineering, Procurement or Supply Chain background
+ Able to work independently and under pressure
+ Target and result orientated mindset
+ Strategical mind and strong sense of urgency and (internal) customer focus
+ Good MS Office and presentation skills
+ Fluent in English (Cantonese, Mandarin or German is beneficial but not required)
+ Frequently travel to local vendors is required
