Responsibilities:
- Report to Consultants and Managers during internal and external projects
- Collect, process and analyze data to identify and quantify inefficiencies, patterns, sources of improvement
- Analyze problem root causes in a systematic manner
- Conduct market research, investigate, observe, interview
- Proactively identify and report project risks
- Facilitate communication within the team
- Keep project and internal documentation ordered, structured and clean
- Contribute to the development of new analytical tools, processes, trainings
- Comply with CEL standards
- Represent CEL values and brand
- Maintain high level of confidentiality
Requirements
- Masters level degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business and Economics, Information Technology, Data Science, Mathematics, Applied science
- Proficiency in English is imperative
- Good at data processing skills using analytical tools (e.g. R or Python) is a strong plus
- Knowledge in data modeling, simulation or optimization is a strong plus
- Strong systemic thinking and analytical mindset
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - communicate clearly and efficiently
- Curious, open-minded, ready to engage and debate in order to learn and develop continuously
- Capability to work both autonomously and within a team
