Provide leadership in driving of supply and demand management, inventory management in order to achieve the objectives and strategies of Supply Chain deparment and Sanofi Indochina.
Lead S&OP/IBP processes of GEM/CHC GBU to bring the best value to the Company, in line with Global/Regional Supply Chain Direction.
Play key role as Supply Chain Business Partner to coordinate and work in different scenarios across functions to bring the best solutions to the Company
Accountable for Forecast Accuracy, Inventory, Stock rupture.
Reports directly to the Indochina Head of Supply Chain.
Supervised Headcount: 2-4 Headcounts.
Act as Business Partner of GBU for coordination and solutions driving across functions for subject related to supply and demand to deliver company result and in the proper processes.
Forecast Planning and demand management:
Be accountable for finished product sales forecasts (units/value), manage monthly rolling forecast updates (in collaboration with Marketing, Sales and Finance).
Define and provide baseline for demand team to drive Supply chain dynamics to manage fluctuation of demand.
Lead demand management meeting with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Business Operations to ensure forecast is challenged and justified at right level with risks and opportunities analysis.
Accoutable for monthly performance report and analysis with root cause and action plans (Forecast Accuracy, Inventory, Customer services Level)
Ensure alignement and consistency of all data (business, finance and supply chain), giving input to trend analysis, budgets and business plans;.
Monitor actions for stock risk/obsolescences.
Manage inventory at distributors level at right level and aligned with company process.
Manage the interfaces with all Sanofi supply chain teams and Regional Supply Chain organizations for demand (supply) planning, inventory planning, product delivery and new product planning follow-up.
Ensure supply plans and DRP plans are on time and appropriate.
Ensure SLA with all sources in place.
Set up and participate in monthly demand (supply) review with sources.
Business continuity and new product launch:
Evaluate supply risks in short and long term and drive the cross functional to develop risk mitigation action plan, especially related to regulatory environment.
Coordinate all related department (business development, plant…) to ensure excetion plan of new launch or new variation on time and right places.
Be accountable for new product planning execution and KPIs.
S&OP/Integrated Business Planning
Accountable for S&OP meeting at executive level: data preparation, KPIs analaysis, senarios analysis, solution proposals
Meeting minutes and action plan monitoring
Implementation of Global and Regional S&OP advance level
Tools and database:
Maintain proper database of forecasting/demand/supply planning in the system (SAP, Manugistics, FORWARD, M2) and excel database.
Tool deployment at local or regional intivities to bring innovation and optimization in activities.
Implementation and execution of new tool from Global Supply Chain.
Contribute and/or lead strategic / transversal projects as appropriate.
Ensure Group & local procedures, incl. internal control & compliance-related policies are properly applied & considered in his/her scope of responsibility.

Line Manager is accountable for assuring compliance with the road safety program for driving employees under their supervision and leads by example.

Supply Chain KPIs supervision & monitoring (Forecast Accuracy, Inventory, Stock Rupture)
Supply Chain KPIs supervision & monitoring (Customer services level, Destruction, …)
Generate proposals on Supply Chain Planning strategies & resources allocation optimization
Contribution to transversal projects
Internal processes definition & optimization

All Departments, including Finance, Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Industrial Affairs;
Ensure cross-functional and transversal cooperation is implemented when needed.

Distributors and Suppliers: relationships management.
Others as appropriate (external partners or potential new partners, etc…).
University degree, ideally in Supply Chain management.
Experience & knowledge:
5 years of professional experience in the Demand management, S&OP Process, Supply Chain Operations
3-5 years in management positions for a multinational company.
Good knowledge in Forecasting Tool (Manugistics, M2), SAP, Qlickview, Excel Advance
Expertise in Presentation
Beneficial: Pharmaceutical industry experiences.
Supply Chain Academic
English: Fluent (oral & written communication)
Proficiency in MS Office / PowerPoint, knowledge in SAP is a plus
Financial analysis (Beneficial)
Ability to work with different personalities and complex environment
Good communication & inter-personal skills. Ability to support and challenge at the same time senior leaders
Analytical and scenarios analysis with solution minded.
Well-organized & process oriented, fact based.
