DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Demand Planning & Supply Planning 
  Intensively working with Sales Division Head to understand about sales order and sales planning
 Ensures that ordered and forecaster products are delivered to internal and external customers on time while reducing the total cost through inventory management.
  Forecast and S&OP (Sales and operational Plan) 
  Develop strategic short-term and long- term plans 
  Implement and manage supply chain from supplier to customer 
  Manages and improves the information flow from suppliers to customers
  Develop and manage qualified suppliers both domestically and internationally
  Ensures that the infrastructure and supply relationships are in position to support both current demand and future plans 
  Plan products and supply requirements based on forecaster demand
  Establish KPIS & Communicate supplier performance measures to improve, develop, or replace suppliers that are not performing to expectations.


2. Logistic Management 
  Intensively working with 3PL to implement logistic work, ensure on-time delivery of company products.
  Manages the shipping/receiving and customs formalities for the import and export of all goods
  Identify areas for cost reductions and implement strategies for cost reduction and containment.
  Manage packaging of all company products
  Develop methods to reduce total cost and improve processes without sacrificing quality
  Support Make/Buy evaluations and develop maintain outsourcing options
  Develop, monitor, analyze and publish key operational metrics for management and staff
  Liaise with customers on quality issues, Initiate corrective actions and implement continuous improvement opportunities


3. Customer Service Management 
  Manage and lead customer service team in term of Sales Order implementing 
  Coordinate to ensure on time receive and delivery goods and meet customer requirements 


4. Other assignments 
  Accept assign tasks from direct supervisor form time to time
Other ad-hoc assign in term of Supply Chain perspectives

 

REQUIREMENT

1. Experience and Knowledge
• + 5 years of relevant and progressive experience as Supply Chain Manager or Assistant to Supply Chain Manager
• Experience working in Chemical company is an advantage
• Experience in ACCPAC system 
• Experience with exporting/importing products mandatory
• Candidate must have demonstrated a high degree of planning, organizational, analytical, and financial skills and be able to partner and communicate with all levels of an organization from hourly associates to senior management 
• Negotiation skills and understanding of contract law
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• BS/BA required; preferably in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management or Business Management
