Food plant construction gets started in Dong Nai

Construction of the US$28 million Nishin Seifun plant kicked off yesterday in the Amata Industrial Park in the southern province of Dong Nai.

 

The Nishin Seifun plant will be capable of producing 10,000 tonnes of ketchup each year, owned by the Nishin Seifun Group of Japan.

 

The plant will manufacture and package food products, including curry, ketchup and soup for export to Japan.

 

Construction was licenced in June this year and will cover an area of nearly 32,000 square metres.
