INTEGRATING SMEs INTO GLOBAL VALUE CHAINS CHALLENGES AND POLICY ACTIONS IN ASIA

This study report was a collaborative work among experts and academics in the field of SME sector development and trade in Asia, jointly coordinated by the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and the ADB Institute (ADBI). Survey countries were decided through intensive discussions with ADB operations departments. It should also be noted that a special contribution was made by the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP) to analyze the ADB survey data.
